Subscription Program
Bella Ray Beverage offers a convenient subscription program that allows customers to receive their favorite hemp-derived THC beverages on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Bella Ray Beverage to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders based on the delivery schedule you choose.
Subscription plans may offer exclusive pricing, early access to new flavors, or subscriber-only promotions.
How Subscriptions Work
When you enroll in a Bella Ray subscription:
- You select the product(s) and delivery frequency
- Your payment method will be automatically billed on the scheduled billing date for each recurring order.
- Orders will be processed and shipped according to your selected delivery schedule.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled or modified prior to the next billing date.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription at any time through their online account portal. From your account dashboard you can:
- Change delivery frequency (upgrade or downgrade)
- Update shipping address
- Update payment method
- Pause or cancel your subscription
Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Bella Ray subscription at any time without cancellation fees.
- Cancellations can be made through your account portal or by contacting Bella Ray customer support.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
- If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to future shipments only.
Once your cancellation is processed, your subscription will not renew.
Billing & Renewals
By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency selected during checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but subscribers will be notified in advance of any pricing updates.
If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until updated payment information is provided.
Refunds
Subscription orders follow Bella Ray Beverage’s standard Shipping & Returns Policy. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be canceled. Refunds are typically only issued for damaged products, shipping errors, or billing mistakes.
Compliance & Age Requirement
Bella Ray Beverage products are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction and that shipment of hemp-derived THC beverages is permitted in your state.
