Shipping Options

Bella Ray Beverage ships orders via UPS. Available shipping options may include:

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air®: 1–2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day

Shipping timelines reflect BUSINESS DAYS only. Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Example:

• A UPS Next Day Air® order placed Friday before 12:00 PM EST will arrive Monday.
• A UPS Next Day Air® order placed Friday after 12:00 PM EST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Customers may request order changes until 9:00 AM EST the next business day. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins. Please carefully review your shipping address and order details before submitting.

Interstate Compliance

Bella Ray Beverage ships only to jurisdictions where hemp-derived beverages are permitted under applicable federal and state law.

Our products are hemp-derived beverages containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Customers are responsible for understanding local laws before placing orders.

We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Policy & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order leaves our fulfillment facility:

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer
• Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier
• Weather, natural disasters, and operational delays are outside our control

Bella Ray Beverage is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Delivery exceptions
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees will apply.

For service alerts, customers may check carrier websites directly.

Returns & Satisfaction Policy

We stand behind the quality of Bella Ray Beverage products.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase made directly from our website, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

Some exclusions apply (see below).

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The product must have been purchased directly from bellaraybeverage.com
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• It must be your first purchase of that specific product
• The product must not be purchased from a retail store or third-party website

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• Beverage products (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival)
• Bundles or promotional kits
• Wholesale orders
• Final sale items

Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or incorrect product
• Retain all packaging materials

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

All returns and refunds are subject to review at the discretion of Bella Ray Beverage, LLC.
